Shipping

    1. We ship worldwide, international shipping, time of shipping:

        --Expedited             3-10 working days dependent on the country
        --Flat Rate              10-25 working days dependent on the country
    Orders processed timely after the payment verification. Please note that shipping time does not include the product process time. It usually take 3 to 7 days for product process before shipping.
    We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
    Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may  vary, particularly during the holiday season.
    If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible.

    Clothesstop.com online shop makes sales based on our excellent designs, quality and reasonable price. We have a design team to keep us with great styles, a QA team to test that your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully confirm your size before buying.

    Payment

    We do accept Western Union payment if you do not have a Paypal or Credit card. Please contact us at info@clothesstop.com for the info that you will need to fill on the Western Union form for sending the payment.

    Easy Exchange

    Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We are happy to exchange as long as the items are available in stock.

    Return

    If you are not satisfied with the products. Simply just want to return it. Please read our policy and follow the steps to return. Please note that merchandise must be returned within 30 days of your original order delivered date.
    • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
    • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
    • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
    • Please Note: Shipping is not refundable.
    • Final Sale items, tights, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie may not be returned. 
    • Contact with our sales within 48 hours to confirm return details after you get the parcel.

    Return Process

    1. Contact our customer service within 48 hours upon the receiving of the order and attach related photos to specify or proof the reason for exchanging or returning.
    2. After we have confirmed your application for exchanging or returning parcel, we will contact you through e-mail to resolve the problem and inform other information including the returning ID and address, etc. US customers can return to our fulfillment center in California.
    3, Pack it up and send. Place the items( in original condition) and send it back to us.
    4, Refund will be sent to your original payment method after we receive the returned items. Please note that shipping fee is not refundable.
